We were married here on 10-11-21 & it was perfect. We had a small intimate ceremony with family only. I loved that it was stress free & planning a wedding didn't take over my whole life. The property is beautiful. The bridal suite is roomy with a cozy feel. If you're looking for a unique venue with plenty of planning options, this is it! Thanks Wendy!

Where do I even begin with how my dream turned into a reality! Wendy was an absolute joy to work with from the first time we met her to the day of the wedding!!!! From all the emails to all the calls to all the visits my mom and I knew that we trusted Wendy from the decor of how loved to all the little details she put into this wedding!! The moment that I saw the venue on The Knot and from the moment I said I talking to Wendy I knew that my husband and I wanted to have our wedding at this beautiful beautiful venue! What attracted me most was not just the feeling of nature all around us it was how professional and how much Wendy was on top of EVERYTHING!!!☺️☺️ The first time I met Wendy I knew an instant that I trusted her with everything regarding my wedding she understood my vision and she really took my dream I made it into the best wedding I could ever have asked for! From the decor, to the food, to the dancing and much more we were just in awe with all her hard work she had put into my wedding!!!! Wendy was not just my wedding planner, she just made me and my family feel so welcomed and we had the BEST TIME EVER!!! I had all my family come up from New Jersey and till this day they are raving about how much they enjoyed the wedding and how much everything that Wendy put together was absolutely amazing! We had the pleasure of doing our elopement or “mini wedding “ at the Hitching Post. We were a group under 10, they performed the ceremony exactly as we asked. The music we asked and did our photography. Thanks to them it was incredibly low stress! We found their rates to be phenomenal, attentiveness and responsiveness were absolutely on point. We would absolutely recommend this venue and fine folks to anyone. They were 100% open to our input and made it feel like the amazing day that we envisioned.

Wendy and her crew at 1812 Hitching Post were absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish she made my vision a reality. From bridal portraits to planning, to dealing with my scatterbrained self, I couldn’t speak more highly of them. Any concern I had was addressed immediately and my pictures came out like I always hoped they would. My now husband and I really appreciated the “one stop shop” for everything we needed for the best day of our lives. I’m always iffy about food at weddings, but their menu was broad and the food was delicious! We got so many compliments. The cake that was prepared for us was also exceptional! Thank you Wendy and team for making my vision a reality!
